Our training program is conducted by the City of Yarra, which uses Yarra Triathlon as the preferred group training provider. If you are a member of the Yarra Triathlon training program, you receive a discount on membership of the Club.
Yarra Triathlon has an extensive weekly training timetable with over 20 sessions per week covering swimming, cycling, running and brick. All sessions are coached by qualified coaches who provide feedback and progressive skill development accross all disiplines to ensure you get the most out of every training session.
Sessions are spread across three leisure centres Richmond Recreation Centre, Fitzroy Swimming Pool and Collingwood Leisure Centre.

Yarra Triathlon offers seven different introductory short courses throughout the year covering Swimming, Cycling, Running, Strength Training, Duathlon, Triathlon and Junior Triathlon. Short courses provide structured training for beginners wanting to develop skills, knowledge and fitness in multisport training.
Short courses are a great introduction into squad training and provide participants with a pathway into the Yarra Triathlon program on completion of the course.
Yarra Triathlon has a wide variety of attendance options to suit you. Sessions can be attended casually or through a visit pass or a membership and with training sessions for all ages and fitness levels Yarra Triathlon is focused on participation and helping people achieve their goals.
