Our athletes didn’t just show up, they dominated:
Trent Dawson (40–44) – World Champion in Standard Distance Aquabike and Mixed Team Relay, and Bronze in the Sprint Triathlon.
Penny Nevill (35-39) - World Champion in Sprint Distance Triathlon.
Nigel Fanning (50-54) - World Champion in Aquabike.
John Allen (80-84) - Silver Medallist Standard Distance Triathlon.
Tristan Mioni (35-39) - 4th Sprint Distance Triathlon and 6th in Standard Distance Triathlon.
Karyn Fitts (65-69) - 5th (1st Aussie!) Standard Distance Triathlon

This event is not only a key race in the State Championships and 2XU Triathlon Series, it also doubles as the AusTriathlon Vic Club Championships. Points earned here go towards crowning Victoria’s Club Champions – including special awards for smaller clubs like ours.

2nd: 4 points
3rd: 3 points
4th: 2 points
5th: 1 point
Club Para & Multiclass Champions – Points for para-athletes and multiclass categories.
Club Women in Triathlon Champions – In the spirit of promoting female participation, this award recognises the club with the most women racing at Club Champs.
